Ryan is a graduate of Syracuse University where he received a dual major Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Speech Communications. He attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated cum laude in 2008. While in law school, Ryan was a Senior Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and was a member of a National Moot Court team. He also won his school’s Intra-School Moot Court competition.
During law school, Ryan was an intern for the Ansonia/Milford State’s Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the New Haven Superior Court Clerk’s Office assisting with criminal matters.
Ryan was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in October 2008.
