Clarisse is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, Clarisse received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as the Lead Articles Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
During law school, Clarisse worked part-time as a law clerk for an appellate advocacy firm in Hartford, Connecticut. Immediately after law school, she accepted a judicial clerkship at the Appellate Court of Connecticut, where she clerked for Judges Socrates Mihalakos and Joseph Pellegrino.
She was admitted to the Connecticut bar in October 2006, the New York Bar in January 2007, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut in February 2008. |
